Field Training Officers
A Field Training Officer (FTO) is a crucial part of our server. Without them, our Law Enforcement Departments cannot be sustainable. As a FTO, you are given an increased pay check as well as a automatic promotion to your Departments lowest supervisor rank once you are believed to have passed your “Training FTO” period. You are not required to become a FTO until you become a supervisor of your department. At this point, you MUST become a Training FTO to advance any further.
